We will need the area immediately outside the bathroom for our equipment and ventilation. Cover all furniture, artwork, lighting, and personal belongings completely with plastic in the areas close to where work is being performed or ANY & ALL areas open to overspray drift. This is required! Make sure there is enough room so our technicians can move from room to room & have the area around the slider door clear so we can ventilate apartment from there. Turn off all electronics (i.e. computers, gaming consoles, etc.) in order to avoid over-spray dust from entering cooling fans. The refinishing process involves the use of chemicals. People may suffer adverse reactions to some of the chemicals used in the refinishing. The resident must not be in the dwelling during the refinishing process. The resident must stay out for at least seven hours after work is completed (i.e. 8:00 p.m. or later). All pets must be removed from the unit during & six hours AFTER completion of the refinishing process. People with a history of respiratory distress - such as asthma, pregnant women, infants, and people with health concerns or chemical sensitivities - should stay out of the dwelling for a minimum of 24 hours from job completion. Resurfacing is similar to painting a small car in your apartment home. There is going to be a lot of overspray mist floating around. Please take the proper steps to protect your belongings.
